Learn how to efficiently review and process invoices in your dashboard.
Opening an invoice
Click on any invoice row to open the detail drawer. This shows:
- All submitted information
- Invoice document preview
- Status history timeline
- Available actions
Approving invoices
To approve an invoice:
- Click the approve button (checkmark icon) or open the detail view
- Optionally add a note
- Confirm the approval
The vendor receives an email notification that their invoice was approved.
Rejecting invoices
To reject an invoice:
- Click the reject button (X icon) or open the detail view
- Required: Enter a reason for rejection
- Optionally check “Generate resubmission link” to allow the vendor to resubmit
- Confirm the rejection
The vendor receives an email with your rejection reason and resubmission link (if enabled).
Requesting information
When you need clarification:
- Open the invoice detail view
- Click “Request Info”
- Required: Enter your question or message
- Optionally enable resubmission
- Send the request
The vendor receives your question via email and can respond or resubmit.
Status history
Every action is logged in the invoice’s timeline:
- Who took the action
- When it happened
- Any notes or reasons provided
This creates a complete audit trail for each invoice.
