Get your BillerPlus account set up and receive your first invoice in under 5 minutes.

Step 1: Create your account

Sign up at billerplus.com with your work email. You’ll automatically start a 14-day free trial—no credit card required.

Step 2: Set up your inbox

Your default inbox is created automatically when you sign up. You can customize its name and settings from the Inboxs page in your dashboard.

Each inbox has a unique submission URL that you share with vendors:

https://billerplus.com/submit/your-company-slug

Step 3: Share your inbox link

Copy your unique inbox URL and share it with vendors via:

  • Email signature
  • Accounts payable contact information
  • Vendor onboarding materials
  • QR code (generate from inbox settings)

Step 4: Review incoming invoices

Check your dashboard to see submitted invoices. From there you can:

  • Approve invoices that are ready for processing
  • Reject invoices with issues (vendors get notified)
  • Request info if you need clarification

That’s it! You’re ready to start receiving invoices through BillerPlus.
