Manage your payment methods through our secure billing inbox.
Accepted payment methods
BillerPlus accepts:
- Credit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover
- Debit cards — With Visa or Mastercard logo
Adding a payment method
- Go to Billing in the sidebar
- Click Manage Subscription
- You’ll be redirected to Stripe’s secure inbox
- Add your card information
- Save changes
Updating payment information
To update your card:
- Go to Billing
- Click Manage Subscription
- In Stripe’s inbox, update your payment method
- Save changes
Billing inbox
The Stripe billing inbox lets you:
- View payment history
- Download invoices
- Update payment methods
- Change billing address
- View upcoming charges
Failed payments
If a payment fails:
- You’ll receive an email notification
- Stripe will retry the charge
- Update your payment method if needed
- Your account remains active during the retry period
After multiple failed attempts, your account may be paused until payment is resolved.
Security
All payment information is:
- Processed securely by Stripe
- Never stored on BillerPlus servers
- Protected by PCI-DSS compliance
- Encrypted in transit and at rest
