Payment Methods

Manage your payment methods through our secure billing inbox.

Accepted payment methods

BillerPlus accepts:

• Credit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover
• Debit cards — With Visa or Mastercard logo

Adding a payment method

1. Go to Billing in the sidebar
2. Click Manage Subscription
3. You’ll be redirected to Stripe’s secure inbox
4. Add your card information
5. Save changes

Updating payment information

To update your card:

1. Go to Billing
2. Click Manage Subscription
3. In Stripe’s inbox, update your payment method
4. Save changes

Billing inbox

The Stripe billing inbox lets you:

• View payment history
• Download invoices
• Update payment methods
• Change billing address
• View upcoming charges

Failed payments

If a payment fails:

1. You’ll receive an email notification
2. Stripe will retry the charge
3. Update your payment method if needed
4. Your account remains active during the retry period

After multiple failed attempts, your account may be paused until payment is resolved.

Security

All payment information is:

• Processed securely by Stripe
• Never stored on BillerPlus servers
• Protected by PCI-DSS compliance
• Encrypted in transit and at rest
